Travis Thompson: Coming Back to Spokane

Travis Thompson: Coming Back to Spokane

By Gabriel Rivas

In a years time, Seattle rapper Travis Thompson has quickly emerged as one of the cities premier emerging talents. Before jumping into the spotlight, Travis was apart of the prestigious Residency Program. The program was created and founded by the iconic duo of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis with the goal of helping young, aspiring artists reach their dream. Through the program, Thompson learned valuable insights into what it truly meant to be an artist, the workings of the music industry, and a variety of other topics. After opening for Macklemore on the “Gemini” tour, Travis has since performed on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, appeared on Power 106, Sway in the Morning, and continues to shine.

Recently, Travis announced on his social media that he would be going on his first headlining tour. Along the way, he will perform in Spokane, WA on December 6th. The performance will be held at the Washington Cracker Building at 8pm with Spokane rapper Jango and Tri-Cities rapper Karma Knows. Both of whom have also been making waves of their own.

Tickets are $15 online and $20 at the door. Make sure to get some before they sell out!
